1. All bookings and Code Discounts (CDs) are subject to date availability and to these Terms & Conditions and to those of the booking site.
2. THIS 15% CODE DISCOUNT (CD)
Keep this code safe. It's valid for stays up until December 31st 2024
When you want to take advantage of the discount, book and then message us with your valid CD and dates and, upon receipt, we will adjust the price payable.
3. Please note that this CD:
(a) gives you 15% off the nightly price of your non-peak booking with us - associated other costs including the cleaning charge and the booking site's fee, damage deposits etc. are not discounted.

(b) is not valid for dates during the months of July and August or for the February, June or October / November half term school holiday periods.
(c) can be used against a weekend or a week's booking
(d) is non-transferable.
(e) is valid for stays until December 31 2024, but within 14 days of any other booking
(f) cannot be combined with any other CD or offer
(g) limited to 1 CD per booking party / date
(h) Payment adjustment can be done at the time of booking (because payment has yet to be made) but if payment has already taken place, the appropriate refund will only be made after the stay is completed.
